Shipping & returns

You will be getting your packages in a safe shipping boxes or padded envelopes to protect the actual product box. We test and inspect every single unit for quality control and all of the products must be sealed in the packaging boxes during shipment. If there is a problem and you are experiencing any technical or installation difficulties please contact our tech support.

Please do not request to ship the item to a different address than your paypal account if you are paying via paypal because we are required to only ship the item to any paypal verified address you provided, so if you have a wrong address on your paypal account, please fix the address before making any payments.
