Edallion liability is expressly limited to th ecost of repair or replacement of the products sold. this contact is constructed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the state of California. the venue for any dispute shall be the courts of Los Angeles county. this contract stipulates all terms and conditions agreed up on between the parites.
